This Type Of Vest Was Originally Designed For Outdoor Use, Utilizing A Fabric Known As “Beach Cloth.” The Fabric Surface Features A Crisscross Pattern And Texture, Commonly Referred To As The Special “ごま塩” Pattern, With A Unique Combination Of Warm Inner Wool Fleece And A Water-Resistant Knitted Cotton Face.

Our Design Takes Inspiration From The Small-Collar Style Of The 1920S To 1930S, Incorporating The Classic 6-Button Front Closure, Slightly Centered Chest Pockets, And An Adjustable Buckled Back To Authentically Recreate The Ambiance Of That Era. This Vest Is Crafted From A Blend Of “Beach Cloth” Fabric With A Double-Layer Structure. The Fabric Surface Is Woven With Two-Color Threads Of Different Counts, Creating A Distinctive “Salt And Pepper” Texture. The Wool At The Base Of The Vest Is Produced Using A Brushing Technique, Resulting In An Overall Wool Content Of Approximately 70% And A Thickness That Closely Resembles The Original Design.
